Barberaa 's Refund Policy

At Barberaa, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless experience. Our refund policy ensures that any issues are addressed fairly and efficiently.

1. Appointment Cancellations and No-Show Policy:

1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Appointments cancelled one (1) hour or more before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
  • Appointments cancelled less than one (1) hour before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee, up to 10% of the booking amount, due to the impact on the salon's schedule.

1.2 Customer No-Show and Rescheduling:

  • Appointments can be rescheduled only once per user and must be rescheduled before the scheduled time.
  • No refund will be provided for appointments in cases of no-shows or rescheduling beyond the allowed instance.

1.3 Salon-Initiated Cancellations:

  • If a salon cancels an appointment, customers are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at their convenience.
  • Barberaa will assist in rebooking or providing alternative solutions if a salon is unable to honour an appointment.

2. Refund Processing:

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email/SMS once their refund has been processed. Please note that processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
